1Configure a task chart
Register and edit the tasks performed before and after printing to create a task chart that manages the entire process.
Register a work order on the Create Work Order screen. Set the work order name, customer name, delivery date, and so on, and upload the file to be printed.
Manage the progress of work orders (print files) on the Work Order Management screen. You need to record completed tasks on the Work Order Management screen.
Manage the progress of work orders (print files) on the Print Queue screen. You can send instructions to start printing, perform distributed printing, spot color matching, and so on.
Manage the progress of work orders (print files) on the Work Order Management screen in the same way as the pre-printing process. You need to record completed tasks on the Work Order Management screen.
Delete completed work orders (print files) on the Work Order Management screen.
Note:
There is a limit to the number of print files that can be stored in the cloud, so delete any work orders (print files) that
you do not intend to reuse.
