Prepare the necessary software to introduce Production Flow, from downloading related software to the initial setup.

Installation of related software:
Install related software such as drivers, digital front ends, and Epson PJ Agent for ECSP on the computer that controls the printers. Install the software according to your printer and needs.

Initial setup of Epson PJ Agent for ECSP:
When you start Epson PJ Agent for ECSP for the first time, your organization information is associated with the information of the printers managed by your organization,
and you can manage your printers and print files using Production Flow.

Prepare to print using Production Flow through Epson Cloud Solution PORT.

Creation of Quick Sets and hot folders:
When using Production Flow, printing is always performed using a hot folder on the computer that controls the printer. When using Epson Edge Print, a hot folder is created automatically by printing with Quick Sets. When using Epson Print Automate, third-party digital front ends, and so on, you need to create a hot folder in advance. Create Quick Sets or hot folders
according to your environment.

Registration of hot folders:
Register the hot folder used by Production Flow in Epson Cloud Solution PORT. The hot folders created with Epson's digital front ends are automatically registered.
