Creating a Hot Folder for Epson Print Automate

In Epson Print Automate, the Print Automate Easy Print System automatically creates and registers hot folders from the presets you have set.

For details on Epson Print Automate and Print Automate Easy Print System, see the help displayed from the Help menu > Help for each software.

  1. Click the start button in Windows, and then select Epson Software > Epson Print Automate to start Epson Print Automate.

  2. Set the preset.

    See the Epson Print Automate help for details on preset settings.

  3. If the Print Automate Easy Print System is running, exit to load the new settings.

  4. Click the start button in Windows, and then select Epson Software > PAEPS to start Print Automate Easy Print System.

    Make sure that the automatically created hot folder is registered.

    Note:

    If the printer information cannot be obtained, an error is displayed. In that situation, check if the printer is connected correctly.

  5. Quit Print Automate Easy Print System.
