Details of the Batch Print Allocated Jobs > Select Jobs Screen

This is displayed when you click the Batch Print Allocated Jobs button on the Print flow screen. Note that the Batch Print Allocated Jobs button is displayed when (Settings) > Job Allocation Settings > Job Allocation Settings > Job Allocation is set to Enable on the Task chart screen.

You can select the print jobs for batch printing.

A

Auto Print

Batch set automatic printing for Epson Edge Print to which the destination printer is connected. When set to Auto Print, printing starts when a print job is sent, regardless of the automatic printing settings on the destination Epson Edge Print. When set to Use the RIP Settings, the automatic printing settings on the destination Epson Edge Print are used.

If you want to check the print layout, set this to Use the RIP Settings and turn off automatic printing on the destination Epson Edge Print. In this situation, you can make print settings after checking the print layout on the destination Epson Edge Print.

Printer List

Displays the registered printers.

Printer selection radio button

Select a printer to batch print.

Name

Displays the name of the printer.

Installation Location

Displays the installation location set for the printer.

Status

Displays the current status for the printer.

RIP

Select the RIP to use for batch printing. You can only select a RIP that can print with the print settings set in the print job.

Note:

If there are multiple RIPs with the same name, the computer's host name is added after the RIP name.

Item filter

Displays a list of items that you can use to filter print jobs. Print jobs that match the selected item are displayed. If multiple items are specified, print jobs that match all of the items are displayed.

For items other than Installation Location and Printer, the item filter is not displayed if there are no print jobs with a value for that item.

Print job list

Displays the print jobs uploaded using Epson Edge Print.

Checkbox

Select the print jobs to be allocated to the printer.

Any print jobs that are hidden using the item filter are cleared.

Work order name

Displays the work order name for the print job.

Job Name

Displays the print job name.

Delivery quantity

Displays the total number of copies to print the print job.

Settings Standby Quantity

Displays the number of copies for the print jobs that have not yet been instructed to be printed.

Quantity

Displays the number of copies to print the print job.

You can change the number of copies if you have selected a RIP for the Label Press in the RIP in the printer list.

Media Name*1

Displays the media name set for the print job.

Substrate Name*1

Displays the substrate name set for the print job.

Print Quality*1

Displays the print quality set for the print job.

Media Width*1 *2

Displays the media width set for the print job.

Substrate Width*1 *2

Displays the substrate width set for the print job.

Print Length*1 *2

Displays the print length used to print the print job.

Finishing 1 to 3*1

Displays the finishing 1 to 3 setting for the print job.

Total Selected Jobs

Displays the number of selected print jobs.

Total Length to Print

Displays the total length of the selected print jobs.

Cancel

Click to cancel the print job selection and close the screen.

Next

Click to apply the settings and open the Print settings screen.
