Details of the Batch print settings Screen

This is displayed when you click the Batch print button on the line of the work order on the Print flow screen. Note that the Batch print button is displayed when (Settings) > Job Allocation Settings > Job Allocation Settings > Job Allocation is set to Disable on the Task chart screen.

You can print multiple print files in a work order at once with the same print settings.

A

Work order name

Displays the name of the work order that you selected using the Batch print button on the Print flow screen.

B

Print file list

Displays the list of print files registered in the work order.

Checkbox

Select the print files you want to batch print.

File name

Displays the print file name.

Delivery quantity

Displays the total number of copies to print the print file.

Settings Standby Quantity

Displays the number of copies for the print files that have not yet been instructed for printing.

Quantity

Enter the number of copies to print the print file. Click the up and down arrows to increase or decrease the number. You can enter this item when using the Quick Sets or hot folder created with a digital front end that supports the number of copies setting, such as Epson Edge Print.

Notes

Displays the notes set for the print file.

Auto Print

Set automatic printing for Epson Edge Print or Epson Print Automate together. This setting is valid when using Epson Edge Print or Epson Print Automate.

When set to On, printing starts when printing instructions are issued in Production Flow, regardless of the automatic printing settings in Epson Edge Print or Epson Print Automate.

When set to Off (Use the RIP Settings), the automatic printing settings in Epson Edge Print or Epson Print Automate are used.

If you want to check the print layout, set this to Off (Use the RIP Settings), and turn off the automatic printing settings in Epson Edge Print or Epson Print Automate. In this situation, you can perform printing after checking the print layout in Epson Edge Print or Epson Print Automate.

Printer List

Displays the registered printers.

Printer selection radio button

Select a printer for batch printing.

Name

Displays the name of the printer.

Status

Displays the current status of the printer.

Print settings

Select the Quick Sets or hot folder created with the digital front end, such as Epson Edge Print.

For print files uploaded using Epson Edge Print, the item name changes to RIP.

E

Cancel

Click to cancel the batch print settings and close the screen.

F

OK

Click to apply the batch print settings and open the Check printed content screen.
